  Amazing Service, Fast and efficient. Tonight I called BCAA to get road side assistance as my truck blew a tire of the studs 200km outside Prince George. Maybe 1-2 minutes I got a call from their dispatch to let me know a driver was on the way already and said if I needed anything else to call them back with any questions or concerns, our driver showed up and was super fast to get our truck loaded and take us back to Prince George. On our way back he called around to find a local shop that could get us in the next day. After we got the truck to the shop our driver asked us to make sure we had a place to stay that night and then drove us to our hotel for the night. Our driver was super friendly and provided outstanding service. Thank you Richard!

  I am leaving this review despite not actually using Black Sheep's towing services in the end! After developing a fairly catastrophic issue with our truck (carrying a truck camper), I called numerous companies to try and get towed from Fort Fraser to PG. After hearing there was a camper on the truck, all of the towing companies said they could not help, with the exception of Black Sheep. James went above and beyond to try and find a solution for us, and had we not managed to find a local fix, I have no doubt that he would have come through. The fact that he was genuinely concerned about our welfare meant so much, and is a credit to him/his business. I would without hesitation recommend Black Sheep. Thank you again James.

  Very happy with the Service provided by James. I called him late on a Friday evening looking for a tow. He said he could get too it later that evening. I did not have to meet him at the vehicle which was great. I provided him with the address where it was supposed to go. In the morning the vehicle was parked where we had asked it be towed. He called me later that day for payment and was very fair in how he calculated the bill. I provided a credit card and he texted me a copy of the bill. Very easy to deal with and we definitely recommend his services to anyone who needs it.

But they also gave a rate for Trident being an approved shop which really helps. And good they do reccommend good business with good business.   Last night my friend and I went for a drive around Cranbrook hill. We ended up on a narrow dead end gravel road. I ended up doing a K turn and in the process my vehicle ended up sliding over the edge into the embankment. The shoulder was very soft and gave away easily. I called Ace Towing and James the owner came out. He took his time explaining what he was going to do and warned me of what might happen in the process of towing it out. He was surprised that my vehicle hadn’t rolled into embankment already. He was kind enough to give us some bug spray to use. James spent over an hour carefully pulling my vehicle out. I am impressed with the job he did as my vehicle survived with not even a scratch on it. Which was amazing as there was several tree branches so close to the front passenger side of it. James is the Man!

  First I have say that in my 29 years on this planet I rarely see someone that is there to help you other than someone that just does what they have to do for a pay check and James is there to help and he tries to make it as affordable as he can and if you are willing to stand outside and help him do his job he will go above and beyond what is expected of him I got my self in a pretty bad situation with my truck and trailer one night and James was there to help me out of it he told me most other tow companies wouldn’t waste time trying to find me and that if they did go out there they would tell me I would need two heavy duty trucks to get me out and I can believe him because my situation was bad I would tell anyone with a class 1 that James should be the first guy you call if you need a hand not only did he help me get out with one tow truck but he also helped me get turned around and I could tell that he was already tired but he never gave up no matter how bad it was and he stayed out there and helped me until 3 30 in the morning and he also stayed up later when he got home waiting to hear back from me that I was parked safely at the husky if you are ever in Prince George area call black sheep towing you won’t be disappointed
